• Data Entry and Management :
• Input and update data in company databases and systems accurately.
• Verify and correct information as required.
• Documentation :
• Maintain and organize digital and physical files.
• Assist in preparing reports and presentations.
• Administrative Support :
• Handle email correspondence and phone calls as needed.
• Assist in scheduling meetings and maintaining records.
• Coordination :
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow.
• Provide support to the team in day-to-day operations.
• Technical Assistance :
• Use basic computer applications like MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Operate office equipment like printers, scanners, and photocopiers.
