ViralChilly seeks a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Back Office Intern. As a crucial part of our organization, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our back-office operations.

ViralChilly, a unit of Digiastic LLP, was awarded as one of the best startups to work for in Jaipur. A digital marketing agency with a people-centric approach to working with reputed Clients like Canva, Adobe, Stillio, and many more.

Responsibilities:

• Perform administrative tasks to support various departments within the organization.
• Gathering and processing research data.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Handle data entry, processing, and management tasks efficiently.
• Assist in coordinating with the SEO team to streamline workflow.
• Respond promptly to internal and external inquiries and provide necessary assistance.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals effectively.
• Assist Front Office Team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any related field.
• Previous work experience as an Office Executive (not mandatory)
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Knowledge of computer operating systems and MS Office software.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Basic written and verbal communication skills.

Things You Should Know:-

• Timings will be 9 Am to 6:30 Pm
• We work Monday to Friday.
• Saturday and Sunday are off.
• 30-minute lunch break + 15-minute tea break
• Work From Office

Note:-Preference for the Back office is for interns or People who are okay with 3 months training.
