Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Back Office Employee. As a Back Office Employee, you will be responsible for various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of our business. This includes managing documentation, data entry, coordinating with Clients basic information, RTO work, assisting with customer inquiries, and ensuring efficient back office operations. Can handle sales if siting Idle, we will be rewarding with incentives for sales done as well.
Qualifications
Experience in the automotive industry would be a steal
Back Office Operations and Administration skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Customer service orientation
Basic knowledge of finance, RTO and sales processes
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
Ability to converse in Gujarati and English mainly.
