About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to support the smooth functioning of our operations. As a Back Office Executive, you will play a vital role in managing administrative tasks, maintaining data accuracy, and ensuring efficient communication between departments. You will handle various clerical and support-related functions, helping the team focus on their core responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Data Management : Manage, update, and maintain accurate records of all company data, files, and documentation in both physical and digital formats.
• Administrative Support : Assist various departments with routine administrative tasks such as email handling, scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and filing.
• Coordination : Communicate effectively with different departments, vendors, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Document Management : Create, review, and process essential documents and reports. Ensure the confidentiality and accuracy of all records.
• Inventory Management : Monitor and manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring timely replenishment.
• Reporting : Assist in preparing and distributing internal reports to track progress, deadlines, and project completions.
• Client Communication : Handle inbound and outbound client communication, ensuring that inquiries are routed appropriately.
• Compliance : Ensure adherence to company policies and legal regulations during daily operations.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Educational Requirements : A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
• Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Technical Proficiency : Strong command of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and knowledge of data management software is a plus.
• Attention to Detail : Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially with data entry and record-keeping.
• Time Management : Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize workload.
• Teamwork : Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively across departments.
• Problem-Solving : A proactive approach to identifying problems and suggesting solutions.
