Back Office Executive(Female)

Garments Manufacturing.

Position:-Back Office Executive(Only Female)

Location:- Raipur, Ahmedabad

Experience:-

3-5yrs

Qualification:-

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.

Sales Support & Client Communication

: Help with quotes, proposals, and follow-ups. Answer client questions and resolve issues quickly.

Order Processing & Coordination

: Process customer orders, check details, and work with production and logistics to ensure timely delivery.

Client Relationship Management

: Build strong client relationships and address concerns to keep clients satisfied.

Data Management & Reporting

: Maintain sales and client data in the CRM. Create and share sales reports with the team.

Team Coordination

: Coordinate with other teams (marketing, production) to improve sales processes. Schedule meetings and training sessions.

Market Research

: Assist with research on market trends, competitors, and new opportunities. Share insights with the sales team.

Sales Tracking

: Monitor sales progress and help identify ways to meet or exceed targets.

Skills:

Proven

experience in a sales support or coordination role.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
