IDEAS ENGINEERING WORKS (WTP) , A leading water and solar project manufacturing company at Sonarpur, Kolkata- 700150 is hiring Experienced Back Office Executive on URGENT BASIS (who has good computer knowledge). Eligible candidates are requested to apply soon. Quick joiner needed.

Job Profile:

Make outbound and inbounds calls : Contact potential customers to promote products or services.

Answer customer inquiries : Handle incoming calls and address customer inquiries or complaints.

Provide product information : Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to interested customers.

Maintain records and social media : Keep accurate records of customer interactions in the database. Design, build and maintain our social media presence.

Follow up with customers : Follow up with customers to provide new products or services.

Document feedback : Document customer feedback for follow-up actions.

Attend team meetings : Attend regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations.

Responsibility: Calling, Promotion, Client communication, Lead generation, Digital Marketing(according to needs).

Skills: Good communication skill, Client handling, good computer knowledge, Digital marketing knowledge preferred.

Qualification: Graduation (Any field).

Experienced: minimum 1year.
