As a Relationship Manager at MAAN-AYA Chocolates, you will play a pivotal role in fostering strong connections with our clients while also supporting our sales team in achieving their targets. Your responsibilities will encompass a blend of client engagement, sales support, and administrative duties to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
• Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Sales Support: Assist the sales team in organizing files, scheduling appointments, and responding to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Administrative Duties: Update order sheets regularly and communicate with relevant parties regarding invoicing, dispatch, and payment follow-ups. Ensure timely and effective communication with internal teams and external parties via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
Continuous Learning and Development: Stay updated on MAAN-AYA Chocolates' product offerings, industry trends, and best practices through training sessions and independent study.
MUST HAVE EXPEREINCE OF 2-3 YEARS , KNOWS COMPUTER AND BASIC OF EXCEL
