Roles and Responsibilities:
• Performing basic admin duties including printing, sending emails, and ordering office supplies.
• Assisting the Front Office team.
• Assisting with inventory control.
• Organizing staff meetings and updating calendars.
• Processing company receipts, invoices, and bills.
• Assisting and supporting management.
• Taking dictations, drafting letters, preparing minutes of meetings.
• Performing an inventory of Office Supplies and order of need, keeping track and placing orders for replacements.
• Reporting to management and assisting with administrative tasks.
• Scheduling and confirming appointments, meetings and events.
• Copying, Scanning and filing documents.
Knowledge and Skills Required:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or similar field.
• Previous work experience as an Office Executive.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Knowledge of computer operating systems and MS Office software.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Good in written and verbal communication skills.
