Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the day-to-day activities related to social media presence, including managing content calendars and scheduling posts.
• Support the social media team by ensuring timely updates, maintaining content, and tracking social media metrics.
• Monitor social media platforms for trends, mentions, and engagement, and report findings to the social media manager.
• Help manage interactions and respond to comments or inquiries under the guidance of the social media team.
• Compile and maintain databases of followers, engagements, and insights to support growth strategies.
• Prepare reports on social media performance using analytics tools (e.g., Instagram Insights, Facebook Analytics).
• Provide administrative support such as updating spreadsheets, managing records, and coordinating with other departments as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in social media to contribute fresh ideas to the team.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and meet campaign deadlines.
• Willingness to learn new tools, strategies, and techniques related to social media and back-office management.
