Job Description


Key Responsibilities: Sales Support: Assist the sales team by preparing and organizing sales proposals, presentations, and contracts. Provide necessary information and support to help sales representatives meet their targets. Customer Interaction: Communicate with clients to gather information, address inquiries, and resolve customer concerns. Maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Order Processing: Process sales orders accurately and in a timely manner. Coordinate with various departments such as inventory, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth order fulfillment. Sales Data Management: Maintain and update sales and customer records in the database. Analyze sales data to generate reports, track sales trends, and provide insights to the sales team for strategic decision-making. Quotation and Pricing: Prepare price quotes, negotiate terms with customers within established guidelines, and follow up on quotations to secure sales opportunities. Sales Coordination: Coordinate sales meetings, conferences, and appointments. Ensure that sales representatives have the necessary materials and information for meetings and presentations. Documentation: Prepare and maintain sales documents, contracts, and agreements. Ensure all documents are accurate, filed correctly, and easily accessible for reference. Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring inventory levels to prevent stock shortages. Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure products are available for timely delivery. Sales Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies, promotional activities, and marketing initiatives. Provide feedback from customers to aid in the development of new products or services. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the sales department, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and handling phone calls and emails. Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus).
  • Proven experience in sales coordination, customer service, or related roles.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure.
  • Knowledge of sales processes and basic understanding of sales techniques.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently with minimal supervision.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: From 30,000.00 per month Benefits:
