Key Responsibilities:
• Manage data entry and maintain logistics records.
• Prepare and review shipping documents and invoices.
• Process customer orders and track shipments.
• Generate reports on logistics metrics and inventory levels.
• Communicate with internal teams, vendors, and customers.
• Identify and suggest process improvements.
• Provide general administrative support to the logistics team.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field (preferred).
• Experience in a back office or administrative role (logistics experience is a plus).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
