Key Responsibilities:
• Data Management: Maintain and update company databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
• Advanced Excel Usage: Utilize advanced Excel functions and formulas to create, manage, and analyze data reports and spreadsheets. This includes VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, and complex data manipulation.
• Accounting Support: Provide basic support in accounting tasks, including data entry, invoice processing, and reconciliation of accounts.
• Documentation: Prepare and manage necessary documentation for internal and external audits, ensuring all documents are organized and accessible.
• Reporting: Generate and prepare various operational and financial reports as required by management.
• Coordination: Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of tasks.
• Inventory Management: Assist in tracking and managing inventory records, ensuring data accuracy.
• Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and managing office supplies.
Qualifications:
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel, including but not limited to, formulas, functions, pivot tables, and data analysis.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience:
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Familiarity with the manufacturing and export industry, particularly in rugs, is a plus.
Education:
• Bachelor's degree in commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
