Lead Generation & Sales:

Job Opening: Sales and Customer Service Representative (Female Candidates Only)

We are looking for dedicated female candidates to join our team as Sales and Customer Service Representatives.

Responsibilities:

• Generate and convert leads into sales.
• Handle customer requests, complaints, and close sales deals over the phone.
• Retain and manage relationships with existing customers.

Customer Interaction:

• Greet customers, take orders, and process payments.
• Provide quick solutions to customer queries and possess excellent product knowledge.
• Follow up on orders, update inventory, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Sales Operations:

• Source new sales opportunities through leads and cold calls.
• Inform customers about new products and offers.
• Schedule meetings for the sales team and provide after-sales support.
• Submit monthly sales reports and facilitate virtual project walkthroughs.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong customer service, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Confident, team player with excellent follow-up skills.
• Patience and ability to handle rejections.
