Responsibilities:-

• Ability To Convey Thoughts In a Brief And Concise Manner During Customer Engagements.
• Complete Understanding Of The Key Customer Service Parameters During Call Engagements.
• Manual Sorting Of Notes As And When Instructed.
• Dealing With Sensitive & Private Information Of Numerous Customers Securely And With Confidentiality.
• Handling And Resolving Customer Complaints Over The Phone In A Timely Manner.
• To Receive Records Of All Disbursements Done At All Four Locations And Maintain a Database In Excel.
• Maintains Relationships With Clients By Providing Support, Information, And Guidance, Presentation.
• Proper Documentation And File Management.
• Good Team Player - Dedicated Approach To Teamwork And Ability To Contribute To Team Effort.
• Ability To Handle Tasks Independently, Multi-Task, Good Planning, Organizing Skills & Time Management Skills And A "Can Do Attitude".
• Produce Mnagement Statistics.
• Relationship Management.
• Handle Customer Queries And Provide Correct Solutions To Ensure There Are No Customer Complaints.
