• Handle data entry, record keeping, and documentation.
• Manage and update company databases, files, and reports.
• Assist in processing invoices, payments, and financial records.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow.
• Perform email correspondence and handle client/vendor communications.
• Manage office inventory and maintain supplies.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of company data.
• Support the HR team in recruitment and employee record management.
• Handle day-to-day office administration and assist senior management when required.
• Identify and resolve operational issues efficiently.
