Key Responsibilities :
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Handle end-to-end GEM Tender Documentation and submission processes.
• Manage and update company databases and systems.
• Prepare and submit reports as required.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Requirements :
• Proven experience in back-office or administrative roles, with knowledge of GEM portal operations (preferred but not mandatory).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
