We are looking for a Back Office Executive to handle data entry, documentation, and administrative tasks. The role includes maintaining records, coordinating with teams, and preparing basic reports. Proficiency in MS Office and good organizational skills are required.
Job Responsibilities:
• Data Management: Maintain and update databases, records, and spreadsheets
• Coordination: Assist in backend communication with internal teams and clients.
• Support Tasks: Provide administrative support, including data entry, email handling, and follow-ups.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and manage office supplies and related tasks.
• Social Media: Assist in posting images on social media profile.
• Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly reports as per management requirements.
Key Skills Required:
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Good typing speed and accuracy
• Proficient in English
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Basic understanding of office operations and administration
• Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Qualifications:
• Graduation completed
• Freshers are welcome to apply; experience in a similar role is a plus
