• Organize and manage digital and physical documentation.
• Administrative Support:
• Assist various departments with administrative tasks.
• Handle email correspondence, scheduling, and reporting.
• Order and Inventory Management:
• Track and process orders in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
• Customer Support Assistance:
• Assist in responding to customer queries via email or chat.
• Resolve minor issues or escalate complex problems to relevant teams.
• Coordination:
• Collaborate with the front office and other teams to ensure seamless workflow.
• Provide support for meetings, presentations, or other events.
• Report Preparation:
• Generate reports and summaries for management.
• Monitor and maintain logs for daily operations.
Key Requirements:
• Educational Qualification:
• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Experience:
• 0-2 years of experience in a back-office role (Freshers are welcome).
• Skills:
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication skills (written and verbal).
