Job Responsibilities:
• Handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to leads and inquiries.
• Assisting in back-office work such as managing databases, organizing information, and coordinating with different teams.
• Maintaining records of client interactions, feedback, and service requests.
• Providing administrative support for course registrations and scheduling.
• Assisting with ecommerce account management tasks as needed.
• Working with digital marketing tools to support various campaigns and projects.
Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Basic knowledge of computer operations (MS Office, Google Sheets, etc.).
• Prior experience in customer service, tele-calling, or back office work is preferred.
• Must be proactive, well-organized, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
