This role involves providing administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth functioning of the organization's backend processes. • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, record maintenance, and document management.
• Manage and process incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and letters.
• Maintain accurate databases and filing systems, both physical and digital.
• Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents.
• Handle internal communication and coordination across various teams.
• Support the team with tasks such as managing schedules, organizing meetings, and tracking project progress.
• Monitor inventory, order supplies, and ensure stock is replenished as needed.
• Assist in processing orders, tracking shipments, and updating status reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Provide support to other departments as required, ensuring operational efficiency.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance operational productivity.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in a back office or administrative role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive data.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience in using business software or CRM systems.
• Familiarity with inventory management, order processing, or customer support processes.
