•Key Responsibilities:•
- Manage and maintain back-office operations efficiently.
- Handle data entry, record keeping, and updating files as required.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for data processing, report generation, and maintaining spreadsheets.
- Support the front office and other departments with any back-office tasks as required.
- Ensure all documentation and filing are accurate and up to date.
- Assist in daily operational tasks and coordinate with different teams as needed.
•Key Requirements:•
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
- Previous experience in a back-office or administrative role is preferred.
- Must be punctual and responsible.
