Job Title: Back Office Executive

Job Summary:

The Back Office Executive is responsible for supporting the operations of the front office by managing administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth data flow. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and analytical skills, along with proficiency in office software and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Entry and Management:
• Input and maintain accurate records in company databases.
• Verify and validate data entries for accuracy.
• Update and manage Excel sheets, Tally records, and other databases.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Organize and file documents, invoices, receipts, and other paperwork.
• Prepare and generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports as needed.
• Manage confidential documents and ensure they are stored securely.
• Inventory and Stock Management:
• Track inventory records and maintain stock levels.
• Coordinate with purchase and store personnel for stock updates and reorder requirements.
• Perform periodic audits to verify inventory counts.
• Administrative Support:
• Assist in scheduling appointments and managing communication.
• Handle correspondence and respond to inquiries as needed.
• Support HR, accounting, and procurement teams with administrative tasks.
• System and Process Improvement:
• Identify and suggest process improvements for back-office tasks.
• Work with the team to implement best practices and optimize workflow.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
• Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in Tally, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong data analysis skills and mathematical aptitude.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Additional Requirements:

• Knowledge of inventory and stock management is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information responsibly.
• Excellent time-management and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,981.71 - ?23,759.26 per month
