1. Prepare quotations
2. Make sales orders and reports - sales, daily site reports, weekly work schedule, accounts daily billing/collection
3. Follow-up on quotations
4. Follow-up on sales order internally in the company with due dates.
5. Follow-up on due payment as per the agreed stages
6. Handle documents related to projects. Installation dates, warranty documents and handover documents.
7. Provide access to project files only to those required.
8. Proper filing of project documents
9. Supervise the office sanitary staff and ensure required material is provided
10. Maintain stationary
11. Maintain excel with quotations made, WIP, customer met and expected sales in co-ordination with the sales team and the director
12. Handle client email and correspondence
13. Warranty claims and follow-up for replacement/repair/spares
14. Report daily to director
Requirements and skills
• Proven work experience
• Experience of minimum 5-6 years
• Good communication skills
Negotiation skills
2+ years' experience in office administration
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel and power point.
Strong sense of discretion and professionalism
