Responsibility:
Coordinate with customers , technician , HO employees .
Monitor Complaints pendency both for Indoor and Outdoor.
Report preparation (using MS Office) , Co-ordinate with Customer Care Manager for escalated customer grievances.
Experience : 2-4 yrs
Salary : 9k -14k inhand
Female candidate preferable.
