Job Description
Brand Kutchina is seeking an Executive Customer Service / Back Office Executive who would be a partner in progress of the brand. If you are reading this, then you are one of them whose interest and competency seem to align with what we are in search of 'A Differentiated Talent'.
Responsibility:
Coordinate with customers , technician , HO employees .
Monitor Complaints pendency both for Indoor and Outdoor.
Report preparation (using MS Office) , Co-ordinate with Customer Care Manager for escalated customer grievances.
Experience : 2-4 yrs
Salary : 9k -14k inhand
Female candidate preferable.
