ITHIEL CONSTRUCTIONS PVT LTD is looking for a

Back Office Executive / MIS Executive

to handle

data management, reporting, and administrative tasks

at our office in

Paika, Pala, Kottayam

. The ideal candidate should have

2-3 years of experience

and strong proficiency in

Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Conditional Formatting, etc.)

along with excellent email drafting skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain

MIS reports

using Excel and other data management tools. Manage and update

project-related data, financial records, and key documents

. Draft and manage

professional email communication

. Support operations by

analyzing data and improving processes

. Coordinate with different departments to ensure

smooth workflow and data accuracy

. Handle

administrative tasks

related to back-office operations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Diploma / Bachelor's Degree

in any stream.

2-3 years

of experience in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel

(Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Conditional Formatting, etc.). Excellent

email drafting and communication skills

. Ability to

handle large datasets and generate meaningful reports

. Detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of multitasking.
