Job Summary:
This role involves managing/processing client accounts, processing transactions, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting the front office and trading activities. The Operations Staff must maintain a high level of accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
• Account Processing:
• Verification of all the KYC documents thoroughly and process the Dmat account of the clients.
• Compliance and Risk Management:
• Ensure all operations comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory reports.
• Monitor for suspicious activities and report potential compliance issues.
• Data Management and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and client interactions.
• Generate and analyse reports on trading activities and operational metrics.
• Provide regular updates to management on operational performance and issues.
• Customer Support:
• Respond to client inquiries regarding transactions, account status, and other operational matters.
• Resolve client issues promptly and escalate complex problems to the appropriate departments.
• Coordination with Other Departments:
• Work closely with the seniors, dealers and compliance teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Coordinate with IT support for system updates and troubleshooting.
• Other Duties:
• Assist in special projects as required.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: should have experience of at least 2 years as a network engineer/back office executive.
• should have basic understanding of financial markets and securities trading.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and brokerage software.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Should be able to work for extra hours depending on pending work.
