Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Back Office Executive for our Inbound Marketing. This role involves handling a variety of operational tasks, optimize processes, and drive marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for marketing activities that generate engagement and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Support: do the inbound marketing with the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email, Whatsapp, sms, calling etc.).
Content Management: update the content on the said platform as per requirement. ensuring all information is accurate, relevant, and up to date.
Data Entry and Reporting: Maintain data related to marketing activities, track follow up performance, and generate reports for the submission to assess effectiveness.
Lead Database Management: Maintain and update lead lists, ensuring proper segmentation and accuracy of customer information in CRM systems.
Email Marketing:: do with the creation, scheduling, and distribution of email newsletters, promotional emails, and other customer communications.
Telemarketing: : handling correspondence, coordinating schedules, and maintaining files related to marketing projects. arrange for a demonstration. need to do minimum 40 calls for demonstration.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to support overall strategies and provide insights based on data and operational findings.
Customer Feedback and Queries: Respond to customer inquiries or feedback that is directed through marketing channels (email, website forms, etc.), ensuring all questions are addressed promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous experience in a back-office support role or administrative tasks is preferred, but not mandatory.
Basic understanding of inbound marketing strategies
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc.).
A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with a strong focus on supporting the marketing team.
