Back Office Executive Department:

Experience: 6 month to 2 Year experience in Sales support Executive

Key Responsibilities

:

Client Acquisition

: Identify and prospect new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, attending trade shows, and utilizing digital platforms.

Lead Generation & Qualification

: Generate leads by cold calling.

Sales Presentations

: Present products and services to prospective clients, tailoring the pitch to their specific needs and demonstrating the value proposition.

Negotiation & Closing

: Handle negotiations, present proposals, and close sales deals effectively, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.

Account Management

: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and increase client satisfaction.

Market Research

: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.

CRM Management

: Record all interactions, leads, and sales activities in the company's CRM system to ensure data integrity and follow-up actions.

Collaboration

: Work closely with the marketing and customer support teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and post-sale support.

Sales Reporting

: Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance metrics to management.

Qualifications

:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Minimum 6 Month -1 years of experience in sales. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong understanding of the sales process, from prospecting to closing. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and nurture relationships with business clients. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

Preferred Skills

:

Experience with [Telecom/IT/Digital Marketing]. Familiarity with market research techniques and sales forecasting. Multilingual abilities (if relevant for the market).
