Job Overview:



AB Tech Electricals is looking for a

Back Office Executive

to manage administrative tasks, document handling, and coordination with different departments. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in office software. Additionally, the role involves

following up with clients, coordinating with the sales team, and preparing quotations

.

Key Responsibilities:



Maintain records, manage data entry, and handle documentation. Assist in preparing reports, invoices, and purchase orders. Follow up with clients regarding inquiries, orders, and payments. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth workflow and timely responses. Prepare and send quotations as per client requirements. Maintain and update company databases and files. Handle emails, calls, and internal communications. Support HR, accounts, and operations teams with administrative work.

Requirements:



Education:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

1 to 3 years in a back-office or administrative role (preferred).

Skills:

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Good communication and coordination abilities. Attention to detail and accuracy.
