Job Summary :
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Back Office Executive specializing in MIS (Management Information Systems) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing data, creating reports, and ensuring seamless operation of MIS processes. The role demands proficiency in data analysis, report generation, and maintaining accuracy in system processes to support business operations and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities : MIS Management :
• Develop, update, and maintain MIS reports and dashboards to track key business metrics.
• Manage data across systems to ensure consistency, accuracy, and accessibility.
• Support business units by creating automated or ad-hoc reports as needed.
Data Analysis & Reporting :
• Analyze data trends to identify business insights and support strategic decisions.
• Generate detailed reports on operational performance, revenue, sales, and other KPIs.
• Present data findings effectively through charts, graphs, and presentations.
Back Office Operations :
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry and record-keeping in the MIS database.
• Monitor workflow processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless data flow and reporting.
System Maintenance :
• Maintain and troubleshoot MIS software and tools, ensuring smooth operations.
• Work with IT teams to resolve technical issues or implement system enhancements.
• Ensure database security and compliance with company policies.
Qualifications & Skills : Education :
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience :
• 1-3 years of experience in back-office operations and MIS software management.
Technical Skills :
• Proficiency in software tools :
• Advanced MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
• MIS software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong database management skills, including knowledge of SQL queries.
Soft Skills :
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Preferred Certifications :
• Certification in Advanced Excel or MIS tools.
• SQL or Data Analytics certifications are an added advantage.
