We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Back Office Solution Specialist to manage and support our ERP system integrated with CRM, Payroll, and Mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in the textile industry, ERP systems, and technical back-office solutions to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
Key Responsibilities :
1. ERP System Implementation & Maintenance :
- Manage the full life cycle of the ERP system, specifically designed for textile industry operations (inventory management, procurement, production planning, sales, etc.).
- Configure, customize, and update ERP modules to ensure alignment with business processes and requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues and manage system performance.
2. CRM Integration & Support :
- Oversee the integration and maintenance of the CRM module within the ERP system to manage client relationships and improve customer experience.
- Automate customer interaction processes, including lead management, order tracking, and sales reporting.
3. Payroll & HRMS Integration :
- Collaborate with HR and Payroll teams to integrate payroll processing and employee management within the ERP system.
- Ensure compliance with payroll regulations, tax laws, and provide efficient payroll reporting.
- Manage attendance tracking, leave management, and employee data through the ERP system.
4. Mobile Application Support :
- Work with mobile application development teams to integrate mobile access to ERP and CRM modules.
- Ensure secure and user-friendly mobile interfaces for field staff to access inventory, sales, and customer data.
- Implement mobile notifications, reporting, and updates for real-time data synchronization.
5. Technical Support & Training :
- Provide technical support to end-users for ERP, CRM, Payroll, and Mobile applications.
- Conduct training sessions for staff to maximize the effective use of ERP systems and related applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and improve system features.
6. Data Management & Reporting :
- Implement robust data management processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and security of data across ERP, CRM, and Payroll systems.
- Create custom reports, dashboards, and analytics for stakeholders to gain insights into business performance.
7. System Optimization & Innovation :
- Continuously seek opportunities to optimize and innovate the back-office solutions for increased efficiency.
- Evaluate and implement new technologies and ERP enhancements to support business growth.
8. Compliance & Security :
- Ensure that the ERP system complies with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and security protocols.
- Maintain data protection and backup procedures for all integrated systems.
