• Collect, organize, and verify all necessary documents from clients for visa applications, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Prepare and maintain immigration application files in accordance with company procedures and government regulations.
• Coordinate with clients to obtain any additional required documentation or information.
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and letters, related to immigration inquiries and applications.
• Maintain accurate records and databases of client information, visa applications, and other relevant data.
• Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and interviews for clients with immigration officers or consultants.
• Collaborate with immigration consultants to resolve any issues or discrepancies in documentation or application processes.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients by addressing inquiries, providing updates on their application status, and offering assistance throughout the immigration process.
• Handle client complaints or concerns professionally and promptly, escalating complex issues to the appropriate personnel when necessary.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, fostering trust and confidence in the company's services.
• Work closely with immigration consultants, legal advisors, and other team members to facilitate efficient workflow and effective communication.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities to enhance knowledge and skills related to immigration processes.
