Marketing Professional - IVD, Medical Devices, Biochemistry Reagents

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Marketing professional to drive business growth for our IVD, Medical Devices, and Biochemistry Reagents product portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the healthcare industry and a proven track record in marketing medical products.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product Development, Regulatory)
- Create engaging content (digital, print, social media)
- Organize trade show participation, workshops, and product launches
- Manage marketing budget and track ROI

Requirements:

- 3+ years of marketing experience in IVD, Medical Devices, or Biochemistry Reagents
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and industry trends
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and software

Preferred Qualifications:

- Postgraduate degree in Marketing or related field
- Experience with market research tools (e.g., Nielsen, IQVIA)
- Familiarity with healthcare compliance regulations (e.g., FDA, CE marking)
