Responsibilities:
• Administrative Support: Perform general administrative duties, including filing, handling correspondence, and scheduling appointments.
• Documentation: Handle all necessary paperwork, including preparing and organizing sales invoices, purchase orders, and delivery notes.
• Data Management: Maintain and update records, such as customer information and inventory data, accurately and efficiently.
• Office Coordination: Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth office operations and effective communication.
• Reporting: Prepare and distribute regular reports on sales, inventory, and other key metrics.
• Customer Assistance: Provide support to the sales team and assist in resolving customer queries.
• Compliance: Ensure all administrative activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
