We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Back Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks to ensure smooth back-office operations. The role requires impeccable organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and documentation.
• Process and oversee paperwork such as invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
• Assist in coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
• Communicate effectively with different departments to facilitate seamless workflow and information exchange.
• Perform general clerical duties, such as answering phones, responding to emails, and managing schedules.
• Assist in resolving any administrative problems and inquiries.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Back Office Assistant, Office Assistant, or similar role.
• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration or relevant field are a plus.
• years of experience in back-office operations/administration.

Education: M.com, L.L.B., MBA, B.S.C ,- Any Post Graduate

Required: NISM-Series-: SORM Certification Examination
