Back Office Executive
Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Tele Caller with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team. If you have prior experience in tele calling, especially in loan related calling, we want to hear from you. A basic understanding of accounting, GST, and income tax is a plus. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and existing clients.
• Provide information about loan products and services.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
• Achieve set targets and goals
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
