•Required Skills & Job Responsibilities:•
• The back-office executive will support the sales department with a variety of clerical tasks.
• Assist to Back-office manager.
• Process sales orders, invoices & delivery challans in the system.
• Track orders and update the system.
• Enter requisitions and manage data within the Tally system. Ensure that information is accurately entered into the system and follow proper procedures for formatting and securing data.
• Prepare comprehensive Excel reports, tracking schedules of goods dispatched to customers
• Ensure that orders received are accurate.
• Coordination with Transporters, Company Staff & Customers.
•Key Skills •
• Keep accurate records of Inventory, and sales made.
• Analyze data using advanced Excel functions.
• Manage materials, goods inventory, and order supplies
• Maintain and update office records and databases.
• Computer skills (MS Office) & Email Drafting.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision. An extensive amount of independent thinking is required.
• Excellent interpersonal and social skills
• Excellent written, and verbal communication skills
Education
• UG: Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, B.A. in Any Specialization, B. Com in Any Specialization, MS Office Course Certificate holder
• 1 to 2 Years of Experience as a Back Office Executive
