Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated candidate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience with Excel and Microsoft Office, and will be responsible for managing Back office operations, including cold calling and maintaining accurate records. Training will be provided to ensure you are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls to debtors to recover outstanding debts.
- Utilize Excel and Microsoft Office to maintain accurate records and reports.
- Manage and update debt recovery databases.
- Communicate effectively with debtors and negotiate payment plans.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve collection targets.
- Provide regular updates to management on recovery progress.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience with Excel and Microsoft Office.
- DRA CERTIFIED
- Strong communication
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
