Responsibilities and Duties
1.Greeting people entering the establishment, determine the nature and purpose of the visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations.
2.Manage calls and deliver the messages in writing, verbally or electronically and organize & receive courier deliveries.
3.Process and prepare memos, correspondence, travel vouchers, or other documents
4.Provide information about establishment, such as location of departments or offices, employees within the organization, or services provided.
5.Maintain and update appointment register.
6.Filing important documents, maintaining files, etc.
7.Maintain business office inventory and equipment by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies; scheduling equipment service and repairs.
8.Protect company rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial information.
9.Complete file record maintenance of Dispatch Instrument with client detail on daily basis both Hard & soft copy
Follow up & updates regarding dispatched items
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
1.Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
2.Computer Microsoft Packages, Internet and E-mail.
3.Excellent communication skills.
