Job Title: Back Office Executive

Location: Ahmadabad, Gujarat.

Job Type: Full-Time (10:30am to 7:30pm)

Key Responsibilities:



oCoordinate with service providers to manage and confirm bookings (including flights, accommodations, and car rentals.)

oManaging financial duties like invoices, payments, and refunds will also be part of the job.

oAssist in resolving any booking or service-related problem

oUpdate client records and travel information, maintain accurate records.

oAssist with customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving booking issues.

oAwareness about international travel regulations, customs, and currencies

Skills:



oProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook.)

oStrong organizational and multitasking abilities.

oExcellent verbal and written communication skills.

oFamiliarity with travel booking systems and CRM software.

oAttention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.

Qualifications:



oEducation: Any graduation or relevant field

oExperience: Previous administrative or back-office experience, preferably in travel.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
