  • Accurately enter and update information in various databases or software tools.
  • Ensure all data is correctly processed and organized in a timely manner.
  • Assist with maintaining and updating customer records, client files, and other business documents.
  • Documentation and Filing:
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital records in an orderly manner.
  • Prepare, edit, and file business documents and reports.
  • Ensure all confidential and sensitive information is properly secured.
  • Handling Customer Queries:
  • Address internal and external inquiries through email, phone, or other communication channels.
  • Assist in responding to routine customer or client requests and escalate complex queries to senior team members.
  • Assist with Financial Processes:
  • Support the finance team with basic accounting tasks like invoicing, processing payments, and tracking receipts.
  • Help in preparing reports for daily, weekly, or monthly summaries of transactions.
  • Support Administrative Functions:
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, managing appointments, and handling office supplies.
  • Provide administrative support to senior staff as required.
  • Help with travel and accommodation bookings for the team, if necessary.
  • Data Reporting & Analysis:
  • Prepare and generate reports based on collected data.
  • Monitor performance metrics and assist in compiling necessary data for management review.
  • Maintain Office Inventory:
  • Keep track of office supplies and ensure that inventory is replenished as needed.
  • Manage office stationery and other materials to ensure there is no shortage.
  • Coordination with Other Departments:
  • Collaborate with various departments (e.g., HR, sales, finance) to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Support in preparing presentations, documents, and other materials as required by different departments.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Educational Qualification: A bachelors degree or equivalent qualification is preferred. However, freshers from any educational background are welcome to apply.
  • Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
