• Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive back office support, including data entry, document management, and administrative tasks.
• Computer Proficiency: Utilize computer software and applications to manage records, process information, and generate reports.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized records of company transactions, communications, and other important documents.
• Coordination: Assist with coordination between different departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
• Customer Service: Handle internal and external queries and support the team with any additional administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Proficient in using computer applications and office software.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work independently.
• Prior experience in back office roles with a focus on administrative support.
