We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Back Office Executive (Female) to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our internal processes and supporting various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain records, databases, and documentation.
• Handle correspondence and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with various departments to streamline operations.
• Perform data entry with accuracy and ensure timely updates.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other administrative tasks.
• Monitor office supplies and inventory management.
• Address and resolve any administrative issues promptly.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience in a back-office or administrative role preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office tools.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Female candidates are preferred for this position.
