Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in data entry and management, maintain strong client relationships, and contribute to the smooth operation of our real estate services. This role is crucial in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and our operations run efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Entry & Management:
• Accurately input and update client information, property details, and transaction records into our database.
• Maintain and organize records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
• Generate reports and summaries to support decision-making and strategic planning.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing timely responses.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, viewings, and other client-related activities.
• Assist in preparing client correspondence, including offers, contracts, and follow-up communications.
• Administrative Support:
• Prepare and manage documentation for property transactions, including contracts, agreements, and legal forms.
• Support the team with general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and office organization.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Office Coordination:
• Assist in managing office supplies, equipment, and other resources.
• Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, contributing to a productive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the real estate sector.
• Strong proficiency in data entry and database management.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with real estate software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
