We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support the company's daily operational functions and will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote our products, generate leads, and provide information to enhance sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers over the phone.
• Generate leads and schedule follow-up calls with interested clients.
• Address customer queries and provide accurate information.
• Maintain a database of customer information and call details.
• Work closely with the sales team to meet sales targets and objectives.
• Provide feedback on customer interactions and market trends.
• Handle customer and vendor inquiries through email and phone.
• Maintain organized records of all transactions, reports, and correspondences.
• Support the sales and marketing teams with administrative tasks, including generating reports and maintaining files.
• Assist with inventory management and stock updates.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
