We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable GeM and IREPS Portal Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with the GeM and IREPS Portal, including registration, product/service listing, bid/tender management, and order processing. This role requires a strong understanding of government procurement policies and excellent problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• GeM and IREPS Portal Management: Oversee the complete lifecycle of procurement processes on the GeM and IREPS Portal, including registration, listing, bidding, and order fulfilment.
• Bid/Tender Management: Create, submit, and evaluate bids/tenders on the GeM and IREPS Portal, ensuring compliance with all relevant guidelines and policies.
• Order Processing: Manage order placement, contract execution, and ensure timely delivery of goods/services through the GeM and IREPS Portal.
• Compliance and Reporting: Ensure all procurement activities adhere to government policies and guidelines, and maintain accurate records and reports using the GeM and IREPS Dashboard.
Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in using the GeM and IREPS Portal and related e-procurement tools.
• Strong computer skills, including MS Office, MS- Excel, MS- Word.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge:
• In-depth understanding of government procurement policies and guidelines.
• Familiarity with GeM and IREPS policies, terms, and conditions.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
