We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support our operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, data management, and customer support activities to ensure the smooth functioning of our back office processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administrative Support : Assist with daily office operations, manage schedules, and coordinate meetings.
• Data Entry & Management : Accurately enter and update information in databases, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
• Document Preparation : Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
• Customer Support : Respond to customer inquiries and assist front office staff in resolving issues.
• Financial Administration : Support invoicing, billing, and payment processing, maintaining accurate financial records.
• Coordination : Collaborate with various departments to streamline operations and improve communication.
• Inventory Management : Monitor and manage office supplies, placing orders when necessary.
• Compliance : Ensure adherence to company policies and maintain accurate documentation for audits and compliance.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in a back office or administrative role.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace ( Sheets, Docs, etc).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Mail drafting, effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong customer service orientation.
