Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Back Office Executive to join our Claims Department. The ideal candidate will support the front-end team by managing documentation, processing claims, coordinating with stakeholders, and maintaining accurate records. This is a key role that ensures smooth operations and customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and accurate claims handling.
Key Responsibilities
• Claims Processing : Review and verify claim documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Documentation : Maintain, update, and organize claim files and records in the system.
• Coordination : Liaise with internal departments, insurers, and clients to ensure seamless claim settlements.
• Data Entry : Input data into claims management software with accuracy.
• Compliance : Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards while processing claims.
• Reports : Generate and share periodic reports on claim statuses and performance metrics.
• Customer Support : Provide support to the front-end team in resolving queries and following up on pending claims.
