Job Overview:
The Back Office Executive will be responsible for managing and executing various administrative and support tasks that facilitate smooth customer service operations. This role involves handling customer queries, providing backend support to the front office, and ensuring accurate documentation and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Query Management:
• Handle and resolve customer queries and issues via email, phone, and other communication channels.
• Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products, services, and policies.
• Coordinate with front office and other departments to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer concerns.
• Administrative Support:
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Prepare and generate regular reports on customer service metrics and activities.
• Assist in the preparation and updating of customer service manuals, procedures, and documentation.
