Responsibilities :
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails.
• Maintain office supplies and inventory.
• Organize and file office documents.
• Prepare and process office paperwork (e.g., invoicing, documentation).
• Assist with data entry and record-keeping.
• Coordinate meetings, events, and office activities.
• Perform general office duties, including photocopying, scanning, and faxing.
• Assist other departments and team members as needed.
